Ratio: 2 : 1
Grind: Superfine
⏱ : 24-26 sec
Pull your espresso and let it cool slightly

WHAT YOU NEED & METHOD
20 g Benito Sanchez
177 ml Zam Cola
4-5 large ice cubes to fill glass

HOW TO BUILD YOUR DRINK
POP!
Fill your glass completely to the top with ice and pour in the cold Zam Cola first.

POUR!
Gently pour the espresso over top.

REPEAT!
